Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

 

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?

A: We allow order cancellations or changes within 12–24 hours of purchase, as long as your order has not started processing.

Note:

• Custom orders (such as wigs, special textures, or colors) cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.
• If your order has already shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
