Q: When will my order ship?

A: All orders are shipped within 3–7 business days to the U.S. (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), and international orders typically arrive within 4–15 business days depending on the destination.

Q: which carriers do you use?

A: Mainly FEDEX, but we may also use UPS & DHL.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
