• Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To begin a return, please contact us first to receive the correct return address.
• Once we receive your return, we will issue a replacement based on available inventory.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
• All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
• To ensure safe delivery, returns must be sent using registered airmail.
All customized products are final sale due to the personalized nature of the service.
Note:
- Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
- If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued instead.
- We do not accept returns for items that are damaged or altered by the customer.
