Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To begin a return, please contact us first to receive the correct return address.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a replacement based on available inventory.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

To ensure safe delivery, returns must be sent using registered airmail.

All customized products are final sale due to the personalized nature of the service.

Note: 
- Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

- If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued instead.

- We do not accept returns for items that are damaged or altered by the customer.
