A: All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- U.S. & European Orders: Estimated delivery within 24 hours of payment collection.
- International Orders: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Customized Orders: Processing time of 3-5 business days before shipment
Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: Mainly FEDEX, but we may also use UPS & DHL.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: No, we are currently an online-only business and do not offer local pickup at this time.
